My Year Of Taking 100% Responsibility

My Year of Taking 100% Responsibility

I’ve decided.

2018 is going to be different.

And while I’ve had this conversation with myself every December/January in living memory, I know that this year is different.

Why?

Because I’ve decided to take 100% responsibility.

I am where I am, or where I am not solely due to my decisions.

I am 100% responsible.

So how will this year be different?

I am focusing on my daily decisions.

Because where I am today is a direct result of the culmination of hundreds of decisions made daily and made consistently.

I am focusing on my daily success habits in 3 key areas of my life.

Health

The last few years have been difficult from a health perspective.

It has become clear to me that I do not handle stress well

Hello, my-corporate-job-sucks-so-I-soothe-myself-with-sweets cookie, nice to see you again...and again...and again.

My daily success habits for my health - daily movement and controlling my blood sugar.

I don’t have to go crazy at the gym, or go on some crazy diet, or do 500 different things to improve my health.

Right now I’m focusing on 2 simple things that will make a huge difference in my health if done consistently.

Business

I so have shiny object syndrome when it comes to my business.

There are so many areas that I still need to master.

But if I try to focus on all of these I’ll go insane!

I’ll start delaying progress because I’ll have to get them all perfect before I can launch!

No more.

In 2018 I’m focusing on growing my list and being of service to potential clients.

That’s it.

Sure, I’ll learn things in other areas as I go, but daily I will be focusing on these two areas to grow my business

Personal Development

THIS IS HUGE!

Personal development is an area that I’ve never focused on before and I’m pretty sure this is going to make the biggest difference in my life this year.

I’m reading books.

I’m listening to the greats (Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Tony Robbins).

I’m focusing on my mindset, because what and how I think about matters.

I’m spending time on this every day, and this above all is why I know 2018 will be my year.

So how about you?

Are you taking 100% responsibility for your life? What few, consistent, daily habits will get you where you want to go this year?

Let me know if the comments, I’ll be cheering you on!
